Fresno arrest: An article in Sunday’s California section about the arrest of businessman Krikor “Kirk” Vartanian in a beating case said Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer was being held on felony charges. Vartanian is being held in Fresno County Jail. Dyer announced the arrest.
