LA PALMA
The City Council will decide whether to approve the street closure plan for the annual La Palma Days parade Nov. 13 at its next meeting.
The parade features community groups and marching bands, and will go down Walker Street from Montclair Place to Crescent Avenue. The street will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
