Chief to Discuss Crime Trends at Town Meeting
San Fernando Valley residents are invited to a town hall meeting tonight hosted by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The meeting, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Church on the Way, 14300 Sherman Way, will feature a briefing on current crime trends in the Valley and an overview of police crime-fighting methods.
Police Chief Bernard C. Parks and commanders from the Van Nuys, Foothill, North Hollywood, West Valley and Devonshire police divisions are scheduled to attend.
