FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Fountain Valley School District board recently approved the state-funded 1999 summer school programs at Plavan, Oka and Talbert schools. The programs, which will be held June 28 through July 23, will include proficiency remediation, enrichment, basic skills, special education and limited-English proficiency.
