Man Hit by Car, Killed in La Habra
A pedestrian was struck by a car and killed early Saturday morning near the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Lambert Road in La Habra.
The man, whose name was withheld pending notification of family members, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics shortly after 1 a.m.
The accident did not appear to involve alcohol, La Habra Sgt. Jeff Baylos said. The driver of the car was not cited, although the cause of the accident is still under investigation, he said.
