A “Sparks of Love” toy drive collection box is filling up at the Police Department, but because all of the new, unwrapped toys will be given to youngsters who may not otherwise receive gifts, the drive will continue through Dec. 23. The drive is sponsored by Southern California firefighters and KABC.
