Chamber to Move to Bank Building
The Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, which is more than 50 years old, will relocate its home office on Newport Boulevard to a new location on Adams Avenue.
Owners of the Bank of Yorba Linda building, the new location, offered to make improvements and customize a suite to the chamber’s specifications, said Ed Fawcett, chamber director.
“The lease is up here, and the Bank of Yorba Linda has a new owner, and they’re excited about us moving in there,” he said.
The new offices are smaller (1,600 square feet compared to the current 2,000) but Fawcett said the chamber will save several hundred dollars in rent.
The three-year lease has an option to renew for three more. The new mailing address, after Feb. 1, will be 1700 Adams Ave., Suite 101, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
Fawcett said he does not expect phone or fax lines to change.
