Real Estate Trust Buys Site From Irvine Co.
IRVINE — Irvine Apartment Communities Inc. acquired a new development site in Irvine from Irvine Co. to build 207 apartment and townhome units. The development, Santa Rosa II, is adjacent to the recently completed Santa Rosa apartment community. Irvine Apartment Communities, a real estate investment trust, said it paid $6 million for the site.
