CIGNA Healthplans of California will open a multi-service Health Care Center in Irwindale on Monday. The center at 12701 Schabarum Ave. will serve the east Valley. The center will replace the current Ob/Gyn Center at 13001 Ramona Blvd., Irwindale, and the El Monte Health Center at 10454 E. Valley Blvd.
