Kudos for Doctor
God bless Dr. Stephen Osburn and other physicians who accept and treat children who are Medi-Cal patients. Their dedication and devotion to the less fortunate should be an example to all of us.
I don’t suppose it should surprise me that in Orange County only about 100 physicians of the 2,850 members of the Medical Assn. take Medi-Cal referrals . . . but it does.
