STILL IN THE WOODS? The Bush Administration may not want to hear it, but a recent Los Angeles Times poll shows that most people in Orange County believe we’re still in a serious recession, and 84% consider it more than just a mild recession. . . . But 5% say there is no recession. Responds Fountain Valley florist Kristen Ballard: “I don’t know who those people are. Things are so slow here, we’re lucky to get more than two to three customers weekdays.”
