A petition signing and voter registration rally for unannounced independent presidential contender Ross Perot is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Sunland Park, 8651 Foothill Blvd. A total of 135,000 verified signatures are needed to place Perot’s name on the California presidential ballot in November.
