Bicyclist Killed by Hit-Run Driver
Redondo Beach police are seeking information on a hit-and-run accident Monday night that killed a 45-year-old bicyclist on Marine Avenue.
Police said the man, whose name is being withheld pending notification of his family, was riding his bicycle eastbound on the 2400 block of Marine when he was struck from behind by a passing vehicle and thrown from the road onto the railroad tracks.
The motorist fled, police said.
