A 38-year-old man was found dead in his San Diego home early Friday with numerous knife wounds, a San Diego police sergeant said.
The body of Chester Earl Gradison, 38, was found by his roommate at 3:20 a.m. in the 1000 block of Essex Street, Sgt. Art Beaudry said.
