Prop. 103 and the ‘Insurance Mess’
If the insurance industry is above the law and is not compelled to follow the mandate of the California voters--then it must follow that California residents may also function above the law and are therefore no longer compelled to purchase automobile insurance if they feel it is unaffordable and will place them in a state of insolvency!
Well, that’s fair!
