The Hollywood sign, frequent target of pranksters, was altered Sunday to proclaim support for an auto insurance reform initiative. Sheets of light and dark paper were draped over the 50-foot letters on Mount Lee to say “103YES,” Los Angeles Police Sgt. J.W. Thompson said.
