Two men kidnaped a woman Thursday in a grocery parking lot in Rancho Penasquitos.
Helen Phillips, age and address unknown, was abducted shortly after 8 p.m. at 13255 Black Mountain Road, police said.
She was loading her groceries into her car when two men drove up in a tan van, threw her in and drove off, witnesses said. Police still were searching for the van late Thursday night.
