A Claremont physician has been sentenced to 30 days in County Jail for failing to pay $29,000 in child support since 1980 to his former wife and their two sons. Dr. Louis Watson, 44, was also ordered by Municipal Judge David M. Horwitz to pay back the $29,000 and to begin paying $300 a month for the one son who is still a minor.
