A 28-foot fishing vessel was found under 40 feet of water off Moss Landing near Monterey. Coast Guard divers identified the submerged boat as the Son Hai, which had been reported missing Monday night by the son of its owner, Dang Tran, 50. Coast Guardsman Terri Cheatham said Tran had not been found.
