Marshall High Student Stabbed in Gang Brawl
A 17-year-old student was stabbed in the back Tuesday during a gang-related brawl at John Marshall High School in the Los Feliz-Silver Lake area, Los Angeles police said. A fellow male student was charged with the stabbing, and two others were arrested on other charges arising from fights that day at the school.
Evan Harris, the stabbing victim, was reported in satisfactory condition and recovering from the knife wound at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Another student was cut on the face with a pen and did not require medical help, police said.
