Santa Monica : Security Measures Offered
Santa Monica will install free dead bolts, window locks and peepholes in the homes of residents with low or moderate incomes.
To qualify for the program, conducted by the Department of Community and Economic Development, residents must have household incomes of less than $16,900 for a single person, to a maximum of $30,200 for a household of eight.
