The Orange County Business Journal said it will begin twice-monthly publication this week after seven years as a monthly publication. The Santa Ana-based paper also said it will concentrate more on breaking business news. To accommodate the expansion, the paper has added four reporters for a total writing staff of 10. The paper has a circulation of about 20,000 throughout Orange County.
