Lomita : Manor Half Occupied
Lomita Manor, a recently opened low-income senior citizens apartment complex, is half occupied, a county representative told the City Council this week. Cathey Crider of the county’s Community Development Commission said that 61 of the 78 applicants chosen are Lomita residents.
