Buena Park police arrested a suspected burglar they found hiding under a bed while his victims slept in the living room. Police were summoned by two neighbors who reported seeing a man climb in the window of an apartment, Officer Terry Branum said. The officers awoke resident Alice Coppola, 37, who said she had not noticed anything but asked them to search the apartment. Coppola had fallen asleep in the living room with her two children. Darrell Sanborn, 20, of Buena Park, who was found under Coppola’s bed, was booked for investigation of burglary and remained in Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, Branum said.
