A Woodland Hills man who refused to file state income tax returns has been sentenced to two years in prison, authorities said. Gary Edward Zink, 31, a member of the Orange County tax protest group Your Heritage Foundation Inc., accepted the jail sentence rather than probation terms requiring him to file income tax returns. Zink was convicted by a jury of failing to file state tax returns in 1981 and 1982. The foundation believes that income taxes are unconstitutional and urges its members not to pay them.
