Husband Arrested in Shooting Death of Mission Hills Woman
A Mission Hills man was arrested on suspicion of murder Saturday night after his wife was shot to death in a parking lot behind the couple’s apartment, Los Angeles police said Sunday.
The victim, Lori Lynn Roberson, 27, died at the scene from multiple bullet wounds to her chest, said Police Sgt. Ed Bricker.
Bricker said officers responded to a report of shots in the 10000 block of Sepulveda Boulevard about 8:30 p.m. Saturday and arrested the husband, Eddie James Roberson.
Roberson, 47, was being held without bail Sunday at Van Nuys Jail.
Police said the slaying appears to have stemmed from a dispute.
