Thousands of Catholics and Protestants around the world are observing Good Friday, commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Pilgrims —some with large wooden crosses on their backs — walked the Stations of the Cross, each marking an event that befell Jesus on his final journey. Here’s a look at some of the events held around the globe.
