Regardless of the administration’s efforts to gain from Vice PresidentJoe Biden’severyman appeal, swing-state voters will go to the ballot boxes with two undeniable facts on their minds.

First, after nearly four years, President Obama has no record to run on, and second, Biden is not running for president.
