Quintanilla tallied 47 saves and three shutouts while allowing eight goals in five tournament games. Kathleen O’Brien-Price and Laura Uribe each scored two goals for Riverside North (9-3).

Cobb had 11 saves, Bridget McKee had four goals, Kalyn Clemens had three goals and Chrissy Donahue had two goals for Newburry Park.
NONLEAGUE
Corona del Mar 7, Santa Margarita 6 (OT)
Jordan Anae, Vivian Liao, and Katya Eadington had two goals apiece for host and No. 6 Corona del Mar (4-6), but it was Katlin Kubas’ goal in the second three-minute overtime period that won it for the Sea Kings. Anae scored both of her goals in the first quarter and Corona del Mar led, 2-0, going into the second period. No. 8 Santa Margarita then came back with three unanswered goals in the second quarter and led, 3-2, at halftime. In the third quarter Darby Anderson, who had three goals, scored twice and a Mary Cousineau score offset Vivian Liao’s first goal of the game, and the Eagles led by three going into the final stanza. Eadington’s two goals then pulled the Sea Kings to within one and Liao’s second goal sent the game into overtime. The first overtime period saw three shots on goal by the Eagles and two by the Sea Kings, but no goals. Kubas then registered the only goal of the second overtime period to give Corona del Mar the victory.

INTERSECTIONAL
Foothill 11, Coronado 5
Jillian Kraus and Grace Reynolds had four goals each and Kaitlin Prijatel added two goals and two steals for Foothill (12-0), in the intersectional game at Miramar College. Noel Umphrey scored the other goal for the Knights, ranked No. 1 in the Southern Section Division I and by The Times. Kraus and Umphrey scored goals in the third quarter, when Foothill stretched early 2-1 and 4-2 leads to 8-4.
Newport Harbor 12, San Diego The Bishop’s 7
Newport Harbor (8-1), ranked No. 4 in the Southland by The Times, took a 10-4 halftime lead and won over visiting The Bishop’s (11-1).

Top-ranked Foothill (11-0) trailed, 3-1, at halftime, but outscored No. 6 Corona del Mar, 6-1, in third quarter to take the lead for good. Jillian Kraus had three goals and six steals for the Knights, including two goals in the third quarter. Kaitlin Prijatel and Grace Reynolds each had two goals for Foothill, which beat Corona del Mar, 4-2, on Dec. 27 in the semifinals of Newport Harbor/Corona del Mar tournament.
