Bill Lifts Restrictions on Direct Wine Shipments

The Legislature approved a bill that would allow both in-state and out-of-state wineries to ship their products to adults who live in the state, the Wine Institute said.
The move follows the May 16 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that overturned New York and Michigan laws banning direct shipments by out-of-state wineries to individual customers.
