3 Die in Desperate Leap From Hot-Air Balloon

Three people jumped to their deaths from a hot-air balloon that hit a smokestack and caught fire in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, a regional official said.
The victims were the pilot and two employees of the company that owned the balloon.
A girl identified only as Monica told Cadena Ser radio that students at an elementary school saw the three jump from balloon’s basket and that one of the victims hit the school’s roof.
