Waiting in Line

Re “I Said, Be Right With You,” editorial, June 29: You should have included the U.S. post office along with banks as having the longest lines with the most empty counters. And don’t be late, because at one minute after 5 p.m., when most people are getting off work, the doors are locked. Hurray for e-mail and Internet shopping.
