Killer of 5-Year-Old Girl Is Put to Death

A man who shot to death a 5-year-old girl as she was curled up on her family’s couch watching “Sleeping Beauty” was executed in Huntsville.
John Baltazar, 30, made no final statement before the lethal drugs began to flow. In an interview last week, Baltazar said he didn’t mean to shoot the young girl, Adriana Marines.
