Goffredo to Have Surgery

Jimmy Goffredo, who was averaging 28.8 points a game for Crescenta Valley, injured his left knee in a Pacific League opener against Glendale Hoover on Friday and was scheduled to undergo arthroscopic surgery today. He is expected to be out four to six weeks. The Falcons lost, 56-54, in overtime, to Pasadena Muir on Tuesday.
