Two Men Accused of Having Sex With Boy, 14
Two California men have been arrested and charged with having sex with a 14-year-old Victorville boy they met over the Internet, officials said Wednesday.
The boy contacted authorities on June 4. He said Troy Brandon Gaede, 32, of San Jose and Daniel Mizuho Llamas, 25, of Van Nuys came to Victorville in March and May, renting hotel rooms where they engaged in sexual conduct with him and photographed the acts, San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials said.
Gaede was arrested Tuesday in San Jose and booked into Santa Clara County Jail, with bail set at $500,000. He is charged with five counts of lewd acts upon a minor, four counts of sodomy of a person younger than 18 and one count of using a minor to make pornography. He will be brought to Victorville for arraignment soon, sheriff’s spokesman Chip Patterson said.
Llamas was arrested Tuesday at his home in Van Nuys and booked into the San Bernardino County Jail in Rancho Cucamonga, also on $500,000 bail. He is charged with four counts of lewd acts upon a minor and one count of using a minor to make pornography. He was expected to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
