* “Using Technology in Fund-Raising,” a workshop by the Ventura County Community Foundation, will be held from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Resource Center for Nonprofit Organizations in Camarillo. Participants will be taught to use the Web for fund development research.
