FOUNTAIN VALLEY
Steven R. Conklin, the Orange County Water District’s general manager of engineering and construction, has received the Government Engineer of Merit Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was selected for completing several significant engineering and construction projects during his nine years with the district. Conklin was also honored by the Institute for the Advancement of Engineering as an Institute Fellow.
