Foreign Minister Pauses to Marry

Voted Germany’s most popular politician in a recent survey, Fischer, 51, married Nicola Leske, a 29-year-old journalism student. The private civil ceremony, which antiwar activists had threatened to disrupt, took place at Frankfurt’s botanical gardens.
