Woodbridge 186, No. 7 Irvine 193--Mike Clarke and Nate Yates of host Woodbridge (8-4, 2-3) shared medalist honors with Mike Lavery of Irvine, each shooting par 36 at Strawberry Farms to help the Warriors post a school-record team score.

In the Sunset League:

Huntington Beach 362, No. 9 Marina 369--Sophomore Andy Anderson made four birdies and shot three-under 67 for Huntington Beach (7-2, 3-0) at Meadowlark.

In Sea View League softball:

No. 3 El Toro 2, Santa Margarita 1 (11 innings)--Although Susan Churchwell (9-2) threw a no-hitter with 10 strikeouts, visiting El Toro (12-3, 1-0) needed a run in the seventh to send it to extra innings.

Churchwell scored from third on Niki Everett’s two-out single in the 11th.

In the South Coast League:

No. 1 Mater Dei 1, San Clemente 0--Jessica Gonzalez hit a two-out single in the bottom of the seventh to drive in Riki Paredes for the host Monarchs (11-1, 1-0).

In Century League girls’ swimming:

No. 9 Canyon 101, Foothill 69--Erin Volcan won the 100 backstroke in 59.87 seconds to break Marna Clark’s 10-year-old school record for Canyon (7-1, 3-0).
