Cypress-Based Budde Buys Part of CalComp

Computer graphics equipment maker CalComp Technology Inc. of Anaheim said Wednesday it has sold part of its supplies business to Cypress-based Budde International Inc., a privately held global distributor of computer-graphics hardware, software and supplies. Terms were not disclosed.

The transaction does not include CalComp’s supplies business in Europe and Africa, but CalComp said it intends to sell those assets as part of its move to cease operations.
