Amazon.com Inc., the world’s largest Internet retailer, has been sued by a 30-year-old Minneapolis bookstore for allegedly infringing its trademark name and logos. In a suit filed in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis, Amazon Bookstore Inc. contends that Seattle-based Amazon.com was aware it was misappropriating the name when it launched its online bookselling operation in 1995. Amazon.com shares fell $10.38 to close at $168 on Nasdaq.
