Volunteers are needed to help plant trees and clean up the creek at Doheny Beach from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 24. The event is part of the California State Parks Foundation Earth Day ’99 Restoration and Cleanup. The foundation is sponsoring 80 other clean-up projects throughout the state.
