The Community Pride Council, a coalition of homeowner associations, is developing an independent survey to fine-tune the city-funded survey released last week. The survey, which will be distributed in May to 3,500 homeowners, will ask about 10 questions concerning recreational facilities and the El Toro Road redevelopment.
