Work With Wildlife
For Wildlife Care of Ventura County (WCVC), baby animal season has arrived. Each spring volunteers raise more than 1,000 young songbirds, raptors and mammals that have come upon hard times. And each year WCVC’s volunteer resources are stretched to the limit. We invite you to join us this spring. A volunteer orientation session will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Patagonia, 259 W. Santa Clara St., Ventura. Call 667-4727 for directions.
Please consider volunteering with us. Each of us may not be able to save the world, but often we can save a small, beautiful piece of it.
