Lancaster 22, Quartz Hill 7--The Eagles (7-2, 3-1) rallied from a 7-0 halftime deficit at Lancaster.

Percy Abrams scored on a one-yard run and Dominic Flax added a two-point conversion run to give Lancaster an 8-7 lead with 1:20 left in the third quarter. It capped a 13-play, 68-yard drive.

On the next series, quarterback Clifton Herbert of Quartz Hill fumbled at the Lancaster 38-yard line, setting up Jason Jacobs’ 28-yard scoring run with 11 seconds left in the third. Jacobs rushed for 93 yards in 12 carries.

Lancaster’s final score came on Flax’s 12-yard run with 4:33 to play, capping a 65-yard, five-play drive.

Quartz Hill (2-7, 0-4) took a 7-0 lead after Jacobs fumbled at the Quartz Hill eight. Kevin Williams returned the ball 75 yards to the Lancaster 16, setting up a three-yard touchdown run by Jason Carlton.
