Hueneme 53, Oxnard 0--Donald Thompson rushed for 276 yards and five touchdowns in 20 carries as the Vikings (4-4-1, 3-0) ran over the Yellowjackets at Hueneme.
Hueneme will meet Camarillo next Friday for the championship of the first-year league.
Thompson, who did not play in the fourth quarter, scored on a pair of one-yard runs in the second quarter, helping the Vikings to a 27-0 halftime lead. Thompson added third-quarter scoring runs of 13, 51 and 23 yards.
Hueneme rushed for 503 yards. Leslie Lee, a sophomore, had 68 yards in four carries, including a 23-yard touchdown run on Hueneme’s first possession.
Quarterback Jeff Garcia completed only one of eight passes, but it was for a 71-yard touchdown to Moses Gonzales in the second quarter.
Hueneme held Oxnard (1-8, 0-4) to 182 yards.
Viking defensive back Carlos Bailey had two interceptions and Eric Watkins scored on a 16-yard fumble return.
Robert Kinkle led the Yellowjackets with 75 yards in 15 carries.
