3 ‘Freeman’ Members Receive Sentences

Three members of the anti-government Montana “freemen” were sentenced by a federal judge in Billings, Mont. Russell Dean Landers was sentenced to 11 years, three months for conspiracy, bank fraud, threatening a federal judge and being a fugitive in possession of a firearm. Also sentenced were Emmett Clark and Dana Dudley. Clark was sentenced to time already served plus three years under supervision. Dudley was sentenced to 21 months, with credit for two years and three months already served.
