New Year’s Eve Dinners
* Michael’s Restaurant has three prix-fixe New Year’s Eve dinners. The first seating begins at 5:30 and includes a three-course dinner and Laurent-Perrier Champagne for $35. The second seating begins at 7 p.m. and features a four-course menu for $75. The final seating begins at 9 p.m. and includes a five-course menu for $135 per person; guests at the final seating can toast the New Year.

* Bring in the New Year at Thornton Winery. Start the evening with sparkling Champagne and move on to a six-course dinner paired with Thornton’s finest wines: 1992 Brut Reserve, NV Brut, Cuvee Rouge, 1996 Cabernet-Merlot, Co^te Red and Cuvee de Frontignau.
