Mombroso Washington scored on a four-yard run with 1:45 left to give Bloomington a 24-22 victory over top-seeded Temescal Canyon at the Diamond in Elsinore.
Bloomington became the first team in San Bernardino County to win three Southern Section titles in a row. It won Division VII the last two years.
DIVISION XIII
Eric Pierce had 110 yards on 33 carries and quarterback David Collier threw for 136 yards to give Boron its fourth Southern Section title with 21-6 victory over Arrowhead Christian at Boron.
