ANAHEIM
For the first time, west Anaheim residents will be celebrating the Christmas season with a holiday ceremony Friday at Twila Reid Park.
The 5:30 p.m. event, which is free, will include a tree lighting, entertainment by the Western High School choir and a visit from Santa Claus. Participants should dress warmly and bring their own chairs.
The park is at 3100 W. Orange Ave., west of Beach Boulevard.
